The Application Process Becoming a Sol’exotica franchisee is as easy as 1...2...3...just follow the steps below and you will be on your way to owning your own business in no time! You complete our Confidential Franchise Application Form fill it in and fax it back to the Sol’exotica Offices at (905) 529-8070. Please note any preference for location on your Application. Your Application is reviewed by the Sol’exotica Franchise Team. If your Application is accepted you have a one-on-one interview with the President and Vice President of Sol’exotica Franchising. Then depending on where you live: You receive our Disclosure Document to review if you live in Ontario, Alberta, NB or PEI, and then After a period of 14 days, you provide a refundable deposit of $10,000.00 OR: If you live in Quebec or other parts of Canada You will be asked to provide a refundable deposit of $10,000 and will
receive our confidential Franchise Agreement and other documents immediately
for your review. 2. The Approval Process back to the top We perform a detailed review of your Application Form and may request further information such as a Personal Financial Statement to see if you qualify as a Sol’exotica franchisee. You are notified of the results and if you qualify, are awarded a franchise. The Franchise Agreement and security documents are signed, and you pay
the balance of the Franchise Fee. 3. The Training, Construction and Opening Process back to the top We begin the site selection process immediately upon signature of the Franchise Agreement. Your training will commence at this time at a location designated by us. The site is located and the lease approved. We will work with you to build out the site to our specifications and in accordance with a pre-determined schedule. We will assist you in all aspects of getting your store up and running and open for business. We will assist you in preparing an opening marketing plan for your store. From the day of opening your problems are our problems and we provide support to you on a daily basis for all your operational needs to ensure your success.
